Community Organisation Mediations

Robert has been a volunteer leader with Scouts NSW for more than 30 years and for much of the last 20 years as the senior volunteer responsible for dealing with complaints and disputes. He has experienced first-hand the difficulties caused by poor communication and the success which can be achieved when those people are brought together in a safe environment to work through the issues between them.

The process we usually follow is the same as we follow in our Workplace Mediations.

Because we are aware of the financial restraints that can apply, we are prepared to mediate for Community Organisations on a reduced fee basis.
